| 06/04/2008 - Motorcycle Requirements For Students Attending Training at Camp Dodge in Johnston, IA |
Students are welcome to ride their motorcycles to our courses, but the following requirements must be met. Motorcycles must have one rearview mirror mounted on the handlebar or fairing and headlights must be on at all times. The minimum personal protective equipment must be worn: a helmet meeting the DOT safety construction standards properly fastened under the chin, impact or shatter-resistant goggles or a full-face shield properly attached to the helmet, full-fingered gloves or mittens, long trousers and long-sleeved shirt or jacket, leather boots or over-the-ankle footwear, a high visibility upper garment (recommend a reflective belt worn diagonally across torso or a reflective vest). Students are welcome to request a copy of the motorcycle policy. |

| 03/17/2008 - Bring Proper Identification!! |
| MCTC wants to provide a safe and secure learning environment for all students attending courses with our organization. It is a requirement that students have proper identification upon registration/check-in on the first morning of the course. Proper identification can be department issued or a badge with picture ID. |
